How do I start, transfer, or stop my residential water and trash services?

To connect your residential water and trash services through our automated call system, call the Water Division at (310) 802-5000, press #1191. To disconnect your service through the City's automated call system, call the Water Division at (310) 802-5000, press #1192. You can also contact a live water services representive during regular business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM by calling (310) 802-5559. Fill out an online Water Turn On - Turn Off Form to submit your request go to:
